Welcome

• Folkstyle season lasts Nov-Mar (This is the main style wrestled).
• Typically children aged 5-12 Years
• Practices are NOT MANDATORY although we recommend at least 2 practices a week in the regular season. 
• Weekly schedule will be communicated via email and posted to website and Gamechanger App. 
• Any cancellations will be sent via Game Changer app and email. 
• Costs involved can be found on our Registration page. 
• Weekend tournaments are held at HS's and venues throughout the state almost year round $ cost $20-50 on average. 
• In order to practice you must have wrestling shoes (We have a lending library with limited sizes, check with us if you need a pair)
• Best practice attire = Singlets but if you do not have a singlet, pocketless shorts and well fitting t-shirt. 
• To compete you must have headgear and a team singlet. 
• We rent team singlets/headgear and order a new design of singlet every couple years.

-In order to coach for PKW you need to complete a background check, complete safesport training, and purchase a Wrestling Leader membership from USA Wrestling.
